Halo all, well that is a spectacular #cardioday finished at the #gym. Only disappointment was not making the full number of sets on the #stairmaster I was aiming for. But, it’s all good as I made it up with doing more on #eliptical than I thought I could. Also higher number of punches with the 8lb weights was also a plus. Looking forward to my next gym session as we go onwards with this fitness journey.
