I haven’t posted is soooooooo long. So here’s yesterdays workout.
Halo all, finished a stellar #backday/#bicepsday by using more compound exercises I was able to get a decent go of this. Hell, being able to keep the flow I was in, I probably could’ve gone longer. Except my #gym was closing. Bah, oh well my fault for not getting there sooner. Now on to next part of my day which is #chores at home.
