At One Health Clubs Oakville — Halo all, let me just start off by saying my #sundayfunday was exactly that. Went to the #gym for my #legday was a spectacular one today. As stated I didn’t do lunges but did make good on my #romaniandeadlift. Cutting the weight was definitely the best option for the time being as I need to work on form above weight. Plus side, starting to see decreases on the scale so that brightened my day. After the gym I was debating a walk, and going to head home for a few minutes to check in on the cat before deciding on heading out.
