At One Health Clubs Oakville — Halo all, well that was a fun #playday at the #gym. This new look of the day gets me more motivated to go in for it than just a simple cardio routine. Getting the free range to do whatever I want on play days makes me happier in there. So today I got longer on the #elliptical, did the #stationarybike, come #biceps and #pectoral and even got the #medicineball in too. I feel pooped but very satisfied with todays trip. Time to head out for the night and then start weekend.
