Halo all, here’s our first meal check-in for the day. My #canadian friends and followers will recognize these two delicious words #swisschalet. Delicious rotisserie chicken and fries, let’s address the first and most important point. I am fully aware and know this would not be considered a #healthymeal. But, I did say when I started doing this I will showcase and discuss the good and the bad. Why did I have this meal? I’m the type I find it hard to say no to a meal being offered to buy for me. What were my feelings during the meal, I was appreciative, and a little surprised. I used to be able to finish a half chicken meal. Bright side of not being able to consume the same quantity of food anymore. Though I may not even have dinner after that. We’ll see how I feel after the #gym.
