Here’s our first food #checkin, might I add first and only for this day. I have no idea why it took me so long to actually get hungry. Then during my #workout I really started to feel it. That was how I felt physically, mentally? God that was dumb, food is fuel and body needs fuel (good fuel) but, fuel all the same (gets Metallica stuck in head.) Anyways, tomorrow will handle eating better. Even if I don’t necessarily feel #hungry, I’ll make it a point to have something sensible like fruit or something.
