Halo all, a fantastic start to the week with #legday this Monday morning. The only thing I found a little difficult was the #romaniandeadlifts. Found them to be a little heavier this time around. Other than that I was #inthezone this morning. I did #squats, #legcurls, and time on the #legpress. I finished it off with time on the #bike and I got more than what I was hoping for as for as active time today. So I’m feeling a great start to my week and looking forward to my time ahead.
