At One Health Clubs Oakville — Halo all, first off I’m super pleased with myself as my time on the #elliptical has hit a new number. So I’m feeling awesome about that #featherinmycap. As for the rest of todays #workout. We did the #backday/#bicepsday, let me start off by saying my #assistedchinups went down below 200lbs assistance so *victory jump*. Secondly, I’m hoping that after this workout I’m going to get the good workout pains as far as my biceps go. Been awhile since I have so I’m missing them. Tomorrow I’ll still get out for a #walk, then Thursday it’s back to the #houseofgains.
