Halo all, that was a fun night at the #gym. Im finding it’s getting a little easier on the #treadmill which here’s to hoping we can hit that hour mark soon. As for the #back and #biceps aspect of the workout I felt great by the end of it. I can definitely feel the good kind of sore coming from this. And now I’m heading home to an tomorrow workout, and mentally prep myself for the #weighin tomorrow. Oh boy, always a nerve wracking experience for me. But, I’m going to keep pushing that forward. Heading home for some turkey dinner. Then rest up for tomorrow and the next challenge of daily life.
