Halo all, this was an awesome #workout today. I went in with a plan, but the change up I decided to do made it even better. I decided to add time on the #stationarybike so that was three machines over 20 minutes on each. Then, by setting up the system of all machines for my #chestworkout I was able to keep up a quick an efficient circuit routine. All in all I felt amazing by the end of it. That being said, tomorrow is the last #gym trip of 2023. So let’s end on a strong note.
