Halo all, so made a little change to tonight’s #workout. I swapped the bike for the #elliptical for part of my cardio. Mainly due to the fact I just wanted to, and it being the best help to get my #heartrate up didn’t hurt either. Did my a pretty good weight segment as well tonight. Now, on to a similar topic. I mentioned in the text of my check in post but didn’t talk about in my video. Sunday will be my last weigh-in at the #gym. I need to invest in having a scale at home for my future weight check ins. It’s just going to be easier to do a first thing in the morning check. Meantime, I need to rest and get ready for gym tomorrow.
