Halo all, well this was the last #weighin at the gym. Not going to say I was happy with the results of it. 354.3, very disappointing number. Now I’m not going to completely beat myself over it. I need to just reevaluate my current path. I used to use the app Noom to track my calories and such. Unfortunately that’s currently not an option. So that needs a swap of what to use maybe back to #myfitnesspal or something. What else is bothering me about this? Well I know the increase is a mix of fat and muscle, but what I think is really bugging me. How long I’ve been in the 350-355 bracket. It’s now at the point of pisssing me off slightly, for now all I can do is take a breath and get ready for the coming week. This coming week will be first home weigh-in and will keep doing that.
