Halo all, well as for todays #dogwalk I was hoping that we would hit the 5km mark as I did a new route. But, no such luck. Not too worried Grissom is a good boy and getting his #exercise too. We got a lot of steps and I’m hoping for a great set of results for the week. I’m also hoping to get my #heartrate up more so that’s why I’m going out more with the winter jacket, toque, and hoodie.
