Halo all, meant to post this yesterday. So I did my combo yesterday of #gym and #dogwalk and well both had their highs and lows. With the gym I did my #chestday workout and was able to get an extra 10lbs on each machine. I got a higher number on the cables but still have no idea what the resistance numbers mean. Only low point was having a very sluggish start to the workout with almost leaving. Thankful I made it through it. Now as far as the walk, glad I got the cardio in for me and the pooch. The way back there was the my feet were in bad shape. So took longer to get the 4km than I would’ve liked. But again, no excuses and made it through.
