Halo all, so basically I didn’t move a pound. I’m a little disappointed, I mean I’m really putting a #effort into this and I was hoping for at least 1lb. But, I can’t waste time moping about it. So back to work this week. Three #goals sets for the week, and time to get cracking on them. Also apologies if I sound like I’m mumbling during the video.
