Halo all, happy to say what a fantastic #workout I had today. Only thing I wasn’t exactly happy with was feeling my right arm shaking on the heaviest set I was doing for the #benchpress. Still made it through all of them and made myself feel very #accomplished with todays work. Now I’m heading home to plan tomorrows routine and also take a night in from the snow lol.
