Halo all, that’s a wrap for the 2023 year for my #gym trips. I made the day a #triceps and #shoulders day. But, also got a chest exercise in as well. Hey! Just realized I made good on the promise to keep a chest workout in every gym trip for rest of the year 😁🥳. Back to the main point, only snag was not getting as long on the #treadmill as I wanted, but that’s okay as I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow for the first #workout of 2024.
