Let’s start off with saying #happynewyear everyone. I’m starting off the year with things to improve my #body, nurture my #mind, and soothe my #soul. For the body I’ll be heading to the #gym. For my mind I’ll be listening to a chapter from an audiobook, as well as more work on my second novel. For my soul, I started the morning with #meditation and before I go to sleep tonight I’ll be writing a gratitude list.
